1. Order Processing Time
Order processing time refers to the period between when an order is placed and when it is handed over to the carrier.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After processing, delivery typically takes 3–9 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You may track your package using the link in the email or by logging into your account. Please note that depending on the destination and shipping method, multiple carriers may be involved.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states of the United States.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other non-continental regions at this time.
3. Shipping Fees
Orders over $30 qualify for free standard shipping.
For orders below $30, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout and may incur additional charges.
4. International Shipping
No matter where you are, we’re happy to deliver warmth and joy to you. We offer reliable and efficient international shipping services.
Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply based on local regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Incorrect Address
Whoops, it happens!
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once the package has shipped, we are unable to modify the address.
If the address was entered incorrectly, you may try contacting the residents at the incorrect address to see if they can forward the package to you.
RETURN
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of the order date.
The item must be unused, in original condition, with tags intact, and inside its original packaging.
Our customer service team must approve your return request and verify your receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU & UK Only)
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers in the EU and UK have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing a reason.
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
4. How to Start a Return

Once approved, we will send you a return label or provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
For returns due to non-quality reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at service@aspoven.co.
5. Returns May Be Rejected If
ASPOVEN may refuse returns under the following circumstances:
Items not purchased from ASPOVEN
Cash-on-delivery (COD) return packages
Items that do not match the original order
Unauthorized returns without prior approval from our customer service team
Returns missing original components, including packaging, manuals, accessories, or any other original items.
